  • How do I check my order status?
    We know you can't wait to receive your order! That's why at FotoGema, we keep you in the loop on all things relating to your order, every step of the way. We will notify you every time your products have moved to the next step in the ordering process. After shipping we will provide a tracking information so you can be up to date all the way!
  • Will I Be Charged Sales Tax?
    In short, the answer to that question is "yes." As of January 2019, a new law is in place that requires sales tax to be collected for online orders in all 50 states. For orders outside USA the tax won't be collected!
